Maderotherapy uses anatomically shaped wooden instruments — rollers, cups and contour boards — applied with firm, rhythmic movements over the areas to treat.

Unlike lymphatic drainage, it is a vigorous, energising treatment: it boosts circulation, stimulates the lymphatic system and helps mobilise localised fat, softening the appearance of cellulite and favouring a more defined contour.
