How the session works

We start by agreeing which areas to focus on and how much pressure feels right. A full session usually covers legs, glutes and abdomen; arms can be added.

The work alternates three techniques: deep manual modelling strokes, bamboo canes rolled over the tissue, and cupping, which lifts the skin instead of pressing it. Between each block we use draining strokes towards the lymph nodes.

It is intense but should not hurt. Cupping can leave round red marks for a few days; if you have a beach day or an event coming up, tell us and we'll skip it or keep it light.
