Reiki in Mallorca

Reiki is a session in stillness: you lie clothed on the table and the therapist rests her hands, lightly or just above the body, on different areas from head to feet. There is no pressure and no movement. People book it to quiet the mind, sleep better or simply stop for an hour in the middle of a hard stretch. We bring it to your home, hotel or villa anywhere in Mallorca.

Included in the price: travel to you, massage table, towels, oils, candles, aromatherapy scents and relaxing music. No extras.

What's included

How the session works

We talk for a couple of minutes about how you are and what you are after. Then you lie face up, clothed, with a blanket if you want one, and we dim the lights.

For about 50 minutes the therapist moves through head, shoulders, chest, abdomen, legs and feet, hands resting lightly or a few centimetres above the body, with no pressure. Almost everyone falls asleep or into something close to it.

We finish with a few minutes of rest and a glass of water. There is nothing to do afterwards, except not rush.
