When you message us on WhatsApp we receive your phone number, the name set on your account and the content of your messages. If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
To deliver the service we also need the address where the session will take place and, where relevant to your safety, any health information you choose to share (pregnancy, injuries, oil allergies, ongoing medical treatment).

To manage and confirm your booking, plan the journey and adapt the treatment to your situation. This is the main legal basis: performance of the service you request.
To meet legal obligations, in particular the tax and accounting duties arising from issuing invoices.
We do not send marketing messages or newsletters. Were we ever to do so, we would ask for your explicit and separate consent.
WhatsApp and email conversations are kept for as long as the client relationship lasts and afterwards for the period needed to address any liabilities.
Invoicing data is kept for the periods required by Spanish tax law, currently four years as a general rule.
Health information you share is used during the session only and is not added to any permanent file.
