How the session works

It is done lying face up. We start with the neck and upper shoulders to prepare the area, because almost all cranial tension is held from there.

Then we work the scalp, temples, forehead and jaw with minimal pressure and slow movements. Falling asleep during this part is common.

We finish with a few minutes of rest. If you arrived after sleeping badly, you usually notice it that same night.
