Yes. It is valid across the whole island — Palma, Alcúdia, Santa Ponsa, Can Picafort, Puerto Pollensa, El Arenal and everywhere in between. Travel is included for most areas.
Yes — 12 months from the date of issue. If it is difficult to use within that window, message us and we will look at each case individually.
It depends on the type. An open-value voucher lets them choose any treatment up to the stated value. A treatment-specific voucher covers that treatment only. For maximum flexibility, choose the open-value option.
We accept bank transfer, Bizum or cash. Once payment is confirmed we issue and send the voucher straight away.
