Appointments are agreed by WhatsApp or email. To confirm the booking a €50 deposit is paid through a secure payment link, and the remaining balance is paid on arrival, before the session begins.

Bookings are made in two steps: we first confirm actual availability for the requested date and time, and only then send a secure payment link for the deposit. No amount is charged before that confirmation.
The deposit is €50 per booking and is deducted in full from the total price of the service. For events or groups, the deposit may be 50% of the total amount, which will be communicated before payment.
The purpose of the deposit is to reserve the time slot exclusively for the client, blocking it against other requests. For this reason the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show.
However, the client may reschedule the appointment to another date or time at no additional cost, subject to availability, by giving reasonable notice via WhatsApp or email. The deposit remains valid in full and is applied to the new appointment.
The remaining balance is paid on the therapist’s arrival, before the session begins, in cash, by card or via payment link.
If Island Touch has to cancel the appointment for reasons of its own, the client may choose between rescheduling the session or receiving a full refund of the deposit.
