Island Touch is a professional mobile massage service operating in Mallorca. This website is informational: it describes the treatments, the areas covered and how to book.
Appointments are agreed by WhatsApp or email. To confirm the booking a €20 deposit is paid through a secure payment link, and the remaining balance is paid on arrival, before the session begins.

Bookings are made in two steps: we first confirm actual availability for the requested date and time, and only then send a secure payment link for the deposit. No amount is charged before that confirmation.
The deposit is €20 per booking and is deducted in full from the total price of the service. For events or groups, the deposit may be 50% of the total amount, which will be communicated before payment.
The purpose of the deposit is to reserve the time slot exclusively for the client, blocking it against other requests. For this reason the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show.
However, the client may reschedule the appointment to another date or time at no additional cost, subject to availability, by giving reasonable notice via WhatsApp or email. The deposit remains valid in full and is applied to the new appointment.
The remaining balance is paid on the therapist’s arrival, before the session begins, in cash.
If Island Touch has to cancel the appointment for reasons of its own, the client may choose between rescheduling the session or receiving a full refund of the deposit.
The treatments offered are for wellbeing and muscular relaxation. They are not a medical act and do not replace the diagnosis, treatment or follow-up of a healthcare professional.
If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are undergoing treatment or have any doubt about whether massage is suitable for you, please consult your doctor first.
We reserve the right not to carry out a treatment where contraindications exist or where the conditions of the location do not allow us to work safely and hygienically.
The texts, photographs, logo and design of this website are protected by intellectual and industrial property law and belong to the owner or are used with due authorisation.
Their reproduction, distribution or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited, except for the private use permitted by law.
